EXECUTIVE TEAM Matthew Gerritsen has been the General Counsel for Live Microsystems and its predecessors since January, 2012. He originally joined the company in 2008 to help the company close the $28 million sale of its Communication Platform Business to Dialogic and then managed the company's legal affairs including licensing deals with the four major record labels, service agreements with telecom providers. In 2013 he managed the legal process of the $18 million sale of the company's Mobile Services business to OnMobile. Since the ONMobile sale he has served as President and managed the company's ngoing affairs. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gerritsen had a private practice advising businesses including a nationwide telecommunications reseller. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School and holds a BA from the University of Connecticut.Matthew A. Gerritsen President and Director BOARD OF DIRECTORS Matthew Stecker Director Matthew Stecker brings considerable experience to Live Microsystems as an operating executive and strategic consultant in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Livewire as its CEO in November 2009, Mr. Stecker was a vice president and leader of TMNG’s technology strategy practice, consulting to some of the world’s leading brands as they navigate the convergence of the media and telecom industries. He has previously served on the leadership team at Vindigo, where he led the team behind the first successful advertising-supported mobile application and as CTO of SmartServ Online where he expanded the company’s mobile application catalog while launching the Uphonia MVNO. Previously, Mr. Stecker was president of Marble Associates, Inc. of Boston — a pioneer in the implementation of Object-Oriented Technologies in Fortune 500 businesses. Mr. Stecker is a Board Director at HealthWarehouse.com Inc (OTC: HEWA.PK). He received his BA in Computer Science from Duke University, as well as his JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Julian Singer Director Mr. Singer brings to Live Microsystems highly relevant experience in financing, deal-mechanics,and transactions within the Internet economy. Mr. Singer worked at York Capital Management from 2006 to 2013 where he engaged in a variety of products including securities, private equity and M&A including acquisitions, spin-offs, and asset purchases. Mr. Singer graduated from Lehigh University in 2006 with a BS in Finance and received his MBA from the Stern School of Business in 2013 with a specialization in Management and Finance. |
